Henri de Bokay founded ARB Investment Partners (then ARB Asset Management) in 2005.

Prior to that, he was responsible for the acquisitions of JP Morgan/ O’Connor Capital Partners’ Peabody Funds in French and German speaking Europe.

Previously, Henri de Bokay was an acquisitions officer at Morgan Stanley’s real estate private equity group, where he initiated the European Special Situations Fund.

Henri de Bokay started his career with BHF Bank in Frankfurt and London (at Charterhouse Bank), working in private equity, structured finance, and debt restructuring throughout Western and Eastern Europe.

Henri de Bokay holds an LLB from King’s College, London and an MBA (with distinction) from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Alexander Ferneiß is responsible for the implementation of strategic business objectives within the portfolio. He joined ARB Investment Partners in 2013.

Previously, he was Head of Asset and Property Management at ESTAVIS and a member of the management of Präzisa with appr. 70,000 units under management.

Alexander Ferneiß studied law at the Free University of Berlin and graduated as a qualified lawyer.

Uwe Klueglich joined ARB Investment Partners in April 2015 and is responsible for the supervision of all construction and development related activity.

Previously he worked for a mid-sized construction company and the Hochtief Group where he was the supervising engineer on major construction sites across Germany. Furthermore, he supervised the construction controlling from a technical and legal perspective.

Uwe graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin as a civil engineer.
